3. Prices and payment

4. Delivery and associated costs

Our courses are offered online or face-to-face. Transportation or accessibility costs for face-to-face sessions are the responsibility of the customer. For online courses, students must ensure they have a stable Internet connection. Risks related to the accessibility of online services are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of confirmation of enrolment to exercise his right of withdrawal, provided that he has not started the course. The cost of returning or cancelling sessions is at the customer's expense, except in the case of non-conformity or faulty service.
